Course Summary:
The 8 Hour Hazardous Waste Site Manager and Supervisor course trains students to recognize key requirements for safety and health as specified by the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1910.120 Standard. The course is designed as a workshop that concludes with a panel discussion.

The training includes the following topics:

Employers’ safety and health program
Associated employee training program
Personal protective equipment program
Spill containment program
Health hazard monitoring procedures and techniques

Target Audience:
Those personnel who have responsibility for safety or management.

24 Hour Hazardous Waste Site Worker, union taught Course 031210

Course Evaluation:
There is no formal course evaluation. The use of practical exercises measure wheteher or not the student has met the training objectives.
