Course Summary: Teams, Councils, and Committees are organizational cells comprised of multi-disciplined, cross-functional individuals who have the responsibility to set a course for action, and measure their results. However, not all teams function successfully, too often; Councils and Committees spend more time talking and keeping minutes without producing beneficial results.

Six Keys to High Performance, Self-Directed Teams
Target Audience: This course is intended for general audience, but can be tailored to meet the needs of special work groups, such as ALARA, RadCon, Operations, Work Planning Teams, Projects, and Safety Councils/Committees.
Course Prerequisites: *None, However, if the organization want to customize the workshop a team fitness review is required to be completed within two weeks of the scheduled Class. The fitness review is a questionnaire which must be completed by those attending.
Course Evaluation: Practical exercises.
Course Length: 4-16 hours, depending upon customization.
Course Frequency: Upon request.
